PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the operation of an operating lever to carry out respective operations of a blade, a scarifier, and a front wheel leaning by the operating lever. SOLUTION: A changeover switch and operation levers 22, 23 are provided in a cab in an operation device of a motor grader provided with a blade and a revolving device for the blade in a vehicle body. The operating device is provided with a controller 26 in which signals of the operation lever and ON- OFF signals of the changeover switch 27 are inputted, and a plurality of directional control valves changed over by ON-OFF signals from the controller 26. The controller is provided with a means selecting a working machine to be operated by the signals of the operation levers 22, 23 and ON-OFF signals of the changeover switch 27 and outputting a control signal to a directional control valve corresponding to the working machine.
