PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of a hydraulic apparatus and moreover to improve the cooling performance of a cooler, a cooling fan and an engine and to reduce a noise due to them by mutually effectively cooling an engine system and a hydraulic system in the cooling device of a construction machine. SOLUTION: A cooling device for a construction machine is provided with a radiator 40 arranged before an engine 8; the first cooling fan 52 to cool the radiator 40; a working oil tank 30 arranged behind an operator chamber 15; and a fuel tank 31, and it is composed of an oil cooler 50 which is arranged in an another part 1b and provided between the fuel tank 31 and the radiator 40 or the first cooling fan 52 and arranged at spaces in an about lateral line with the working oil tank 30; the second cooling fan 53 to cool the oil cooler 50; and a partition wall for enclosing at least the engine 8 among the radiator 40, the first cooling fan 52 and the engine 8.
