PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oiling guide capable of uniformly imparting the oil to a running line of thread without unevenness for the whole length and all- around of the line of thread. SOLUTION: This oiling guide is installed with an oil-addition hole 3 through which a line of thread 2 is running and oil-feed holes 4a and 4b opened on the wall of the said oil-addition hole 3 in the side of inlet of the line of thread. The cross section area of the oil-addition hole 3 in the rectangular direction is reduced along the running direction of the line of thread at least on the outlet side of the line of thread 2.
