PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat transfer tube for heat exchange, exhibiting excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance even in the case of exposure to severe corrosive atmosphere and wear environment, such as a heat transfer tube for heat exchange to be dispopsed, e.g. in a fluidized bed boiler or incinerator. SOLUTION: The heat transfer tube for heat exchange, with resistance to corrosion and wear, causes neither corrosion nor erosion and has excellent wear resistance even under the severe environment undergoing corrosion and wear and has superior service life by forming a protective film composed of an Ni-base self-fluxing alloy having a composition containing, by mass, 12-17% Cr, 2.5-4.5% B, 3.0-5% Si, and 0.4-0.9% C on the whole or a part of the external surface of a metallic tube. The heating furnace and the incinerator are constituted by disposing this heat transfer tube in a heat recovery section thereof.
