PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a room temperature curing polyorganosiloxane composition showing excellent flame retardance, adhesiveness and shelf stability. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) a room temperature curing polyorganosiloxane, (B) a curing catalyst and (C) a component obtained by reacting (C2) zinc carbonate with (C3) an organosilicon compound containing at least one Si-H bond in the molecule in the presence of (C1) a platinum group catalyst selected from platinum, palladium and rhodium element, its compound and its complex.
