CONVEYOR MAINLY USED IN CLEAN ROOM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyor capable of carrying a pallet so as to allow temporary stop thereof. SOLUTION: A plurality of feed rollers 40 are arranged and supported at both sides of a pallet transport route 10 in such a state as rotatable with driven shafts 40 via driven shafts 30 and stopping rotation around the driven shafts 40. A driven bevel gear 100 is coupled to each of a plurality of driven shafts 30 at one side of the transport route 10, and made to mesh with a driving bevel gear 120 fitted to drive shafts 110 rotatably held along the side of the transport route 10. The drive shafts 110 are rotated, thereby rotating feed rollers 30 carrying pallets at one side of the transport route 10 in a pallet transport direction together with the driven shafts 40 supporting the rollers 30. The forward part of the driven shafts 40 and the front edges of the feed rollers 40 are continuously covered with a lid body 140. According to this construction, the lid body 40 prevents dust generated from the driven shafts 40 or the feed rollers 30 from scattering in the atmosphere.
