PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly carry a material to be carried while stabilizing the loaded condition of the material to be carried such as powdery material by forming a step part rising toward a belt in a part of a belt support material at a surface opposite to the belt, and providing this step part with an air blow-out hole, and blowing the compressed air toward the belt. SOLUTION: A belt support material 7 is provided, and an air duct 19 is provided under the belt support material 7 while being directed in the traveling direction of a belt 6. Plural air blow-out ports 21 communicated with the inside of the air duct 19 are provided in each belt support material 7, 10 and an inside plate 18 at a central part of a lower part thereof with the appropriate space in the longitudinal direction. A step part (a) is formed between the belt support material 7 and an end of the inside plate 18, and a turbulent flow is generated in the belt floating compressed air at the step part (a) so as to vibrate the belt 6. With this vibration, since the material 15 to be carried easily heaped on the belt 6 is evened, and the top surface thereof is flattened, the belt 6 stably travels without winding right and left.
