PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a cushioning packaging body which is easy to handle when unused, able to handle the slight deformation of an article packaged, easy to package, able to secure shock resistance and physical distribution quality, easily disposable and suitable for preserving the environment. SOLUTION: A seal part is formed by adhering sheets superposed and a laminated body is made having inside an air storing gap. By using sheets 7, 8 different in length, the seal part comprises an edge seal part forming an air storing gap by adhering the facing edge parts of the laminated sheets 7, 8 and a sectioning seal part 13 for sectioning the air storing gap by adhering the sheets 7, 8 in the area surrounded by the edge seal part. The longer sheet 8 forming each air storage gap 15 sectioned is provided with a folding part 9 for swelling, and air is filled in each air storage gap 15 sectioned outwardly.
