PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce impact exerted on the body of an occupant by offsetting the impact by the lever part suspended by a spring through a fulcrum when a lever of the wheel installing part receives the impact generated by a recess/ projection of a road surface at traveling time. SOLUTION: A bar 9 having a hole for hooking the upper end of a spring 6 over an oblique branch pipe 8 from the lower part of a saddle support pipe 4 is welded in parallel to a bar 7 for hooking the lower end of the spring 6 so as to become bilaterlally symmetrical by sandwiching the saddle support pipe 4. A distance up to a front wheel bearing from the center of a fulcrum 13 of a front wheel lever 12 is set to about 70 mm, and holes for hooking a coil spring 22 are arranged by about five places at an interval of about 15 mm from around 40 mm side of the rear part from the center of the fulcrum 13. The spring 6 is hooked on intermediate holes of the bar 7 and the bar 9, and a position of the spring 6 is moved according to body weight of an occupant. Positions of the holes for hooking the coil spring 22 are also moved to keep a balance with the occupant.
