PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry and move a cargo by forming the whole containing loading spaces as a shoulder hooking/waist band suspending type cargo carrying tool and a carrying tool installing type wheeled cargo carrying apparatus. SOLUTION: A shoulder hooking/waist band suspending type cargo carrying tool and a carrying tool installing type wheeled cargo carrying apparatus carry a cargo by a band 2 and an auxiliary suspending metal fitting 4 for suspending the whole loading spaces by arranging collapsible loading spaces 6, 7 for placing the cargo. A metal fitting 5 is arranged to hook a waist band when suspending the whole loading spaces. When carrying a heavy cargo, a projecting round bar 8 existing on gate-shaped columns 1 with rotary wheels is inserted into a groove existing on the reverse of a loading space auxiliary plate 7, a grip 10 is gripped, and the whole loading spaces are pulled to travel. When the cargo is not placed, the loading space 6, 7 part is removed from the gate-shaped columns 1, and the loading spaces are folded up. Thus, carrying work can be easily performed by being released from troublesomeness and heavy labor for carrying the cargo.
