PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper container with excellent heat insulation which is difficult to transfer the heat of the content even when any part of a body part is held by hand. SOLUTION: In a heat-insulated container 1 which comprises a paper cup body 2 having an outwardly curled part 6 on an upper opening edge and a paper outer cylinder 3 with upper and lower parts opened, and having an inwardly curled part 8 on a lower opening edge, and is formed by housing the outer cylinder 3 over the paper cup body 2, and integratedly attaching an inner surface of an upper opening of the outer cylinder 3 to an outer circumference of a side wall immediately below the outwardly curled part 6 in the paper cup body 2, the outer cylinder 3 is formed of an embossed cardboard so that printed letters and patterns form an outwardly embossed part 9. The heat insulation effect is demonstrated by a gap 10 between the paper cup body 2 and an outer cylinder 3, and the heat insulation effect by the embossed part 9 on the surface of the outer cylinder is also added to realize more excellent heat insulation effect.
