PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable blind and screen with a deodorization function excellent in deodorization ability, weather resistance, and disposability. SOLUTION: In a titanium oxide containing layer including titanium oxide, an inorganic binder selected from silica sol or alumina sol and an organically polymeric binder, the titanium oxide containing layer, in which a compounding ratio of the titanium oxide and the inorganic binder is 5:1 to 1:5 and a compounding ratio of the organically polymeric binder is 5 to 30 wt.% to a total solid content of the titanium oxide containing layer, is provided on a blind base material or a screen base material. |
