PURPOSE: A device is provided to for pasteurizing harmful germs in food waste using electrolyzed oxidized water generated from desalting food waste in the center inside a desalting tub installing an ion exchanging membrane. CONSTITUTION: A cation exchanging film(3) is installed in an anode(5) and an anion exchanging film(2) is installed in a cathode(6) installed inside a desalting tub. Food waste is input into a center(4) between the anion exchanging membrane and the cation exchanging film and direct current is fed to the center so that Na+ ion moves to a cathode chamber and alkali electrolyzed reduced water is generated. Also, Cl- ion moves to a cation chamber and electrolyzed oxidized water is generated. Therefore, food waste is desalted and pasteurized using electrolyzed oxidized water of an anode chamber. |
