PURPOSE: A compressed fabric is provided which has a soft and spotless surface of paper during a process to pass a compressing nip by taking a structure of soft surface and uniform elasticity. CONSTITUTION: A compressed fabric is equipped with a base fabric having a first strand of fabric and a second strand of fabric. The base fabric is mixed in a rotary base layer of fabric, and the layer of fabric is equipped with a strip of fabric(16) having a first side end, a second side end, many lengthwise yarns and many crosswise yarns. The strip of fabric is rolled inside many continuous bunches in a spiral form. A spiral continuous seam(20) is formed to separate near bunches of fabric strip, and the seam is sealed by contacting the first side end and the second side end in each other. Thereby a base layer of fabric(22) is generated in the form of rotary loop having a machine-direction, a cross-machine-direction, an inner surface and an outer surface. |
