CUTTING METHOD OF RARE-EARTH ALLOY BY WIRE SAW AND PRODUCTION METHOD OF RARE-EARTH ALLOYED PLATE

PURPOSE: A cutting method of rare-earth alloy is provided to continuously drive for a long time by remarkably reducing a collection of an exchange of slurries and by preventing a wire from cutting. CONSTITUTION: A cutting method contains the steps of; fixing plural ingots(20) with an adhesive(22), fixing at a work plate(26) in the state of being assembled with blocks(24a-24c), aligning two slurry supply pipes(29) at the upper part of the work plate(28), supplying the slurry in the interval of the blocks(24a-24c), spraying slurry including fresh polishing particle downward through a nozzle(29a) on a slit to cut rare-earth alloy, establishing a viscosity of the slurry at 25°C in the range from 92-175 maniacal/sec and removing alloyed sludge among slurries by a magnet separator.
