PURPOSE: A locally used composition containing a sulfone polyesters hydrophilic gelation agent and a cationic structured agent is provided, which makes feeling in use easy and clear. The composition can be a lipstick, a foundation, a deodorant, or a sun-blocking product having a transfer-resistance property. CONSTITUTION: The cationic structured agent is selected from mono, multi-valent cation, multi cation and combination of which. The polyester is water-soluble or water-dispersible terephthals copolyester oligomer having less than 20,000 in average molecular weight, which contains repeating monomers like as follow: £-CO-A-CO-O-(CH2-CH2O)n-|; A is 1,4-phenylene, sulfo-1,3-phenylene, or 1,3-phenylene; n is 1-4.
