PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate gas having an equal volume to equal pressure with turning force as small as possible by connecting more than two compressors in which apparent gaseous volume are reduced in order in series, connecting a rotary shaft directly connected to a rotor of each compressor to one axis through a gear, and connecting it to a motor. SOLUTION: A discharge port 14A of a first compressor and an inlet port 15A of a second compressor are communicated with each other, a discharge port 16A of the second compressor and an inlet port 17A of a third compressor are communicated with each other, and the three compressor on and after are also similarly communicated with each other in series. Namely, a discharge port of a compressor in which a volume of apparent gas is much circulated, and a discharge port of a compressor in which a volume of apparent gas is few circulated, are communicated with each other in order. Each of rotary shafts 2A, 7A, 11A connected to rotors 1A, 6A, 10A of each of compressors are connected to each of one shafts 3A, 8a, 12A, and connected to a motor 4A. Gas is circulated to each compressor in order, and gas having an equal volume is regulated to equal pressure with turning force as small as possible.
