PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a casing portion by a potlike structure more advantageous compared with a shell structure, and to use an advantageous cable pipe piece usable only in the conventional shell structure. SOLUTION: A pot-like casing cover 20 having an end wall 21 is provided, the end wall 21 has a first wall part 22 having a first cutout 23 and a recessed shoulder part releasing the first wall part and opening the first cutout 23 toward one side within a plane of the first wall part 22, and the recessed shoulder part is placed adjacently to the first wall part 22 to form a space 26 for inserting a cable pipe piece 12 into the first cutout 23. An attaching cover 27 is provided so as to be attached to the outer side of the casing cover 20 and detachably connected, the attaching cover 27 has a second wall part 28 having a second cutout 29, and the second wall part 28 is received in the space 26.
