PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for eliminating vessels carried with a neck ring supported on a guide rail. SOLUTION: A part 2A of a guide rail 2 for supporting the neck ring 1a of a vessel 1A for transport is made vertically movable and shifted upward. Then, when the neck ring 1a of the transported vessel 1A is derailed from the guide rail 2, a part 2A of the guide rail 2 is returned to a lower level, thereby dropping and eliminating the vessel 1A.
