PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity packaging bag with a favorably sealable zipper having a lower opening and a commodity package, which does not require heat-sealing after the commodity has been contained. SOLUTION: In a synthetic resin film-made commodity packaging bag with a header, perforations 5, 5 for cutting are formed respectively at the mutually opposite positions of the front film 1a and the rear film 1b of the lower edge welding part 9 of the header. An openable/closable thermoplastic resin-made zipper 4 formed of a pair of mutually corresponding recess and projection is provided at the inside face of the front film 1a and the rear film 1b under the perforations 5. Both ends of the pair of zippers 4 are perfectly fused and fixed by a heat-pressing part P formed in a width distance of 2-10 mm from the side edges to form a zipper ring. The bottom of the bag body is opened to form a lower opening.
