PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely controllably supply a powder material from a supply source to a container. SOLUTION: A powder processor 10 includes a conduit 18 which is extended downwardly from a hopper 12 and fitted so that a powder material 16 can flow, a fluid nozzle 24 which is extended downwardly from the conduit and supplies the powder material 16 from the conduit 18 to a first container, a conveyor 22 to promote the flow of the powder material to a container located in a part of the conduit 18, and a solenoid valve 28 which is adjacent to the conduit 18 and applies the magnetic force capable of suppressing the flow of the powder material to the powder material 16 in the conduit 18 when the container is replaced. An inlet of the fluid nozzle 24 from which the powder material 16 flows is larger in size than an outlet from which the material 16 flows, and the nozzle 24 is fitted to a pressure-proof container, and the pressure- proof container includes a suction port to introduce a compressed gas, a chamber fitted to a gas permeable part 33 in the nozzle so as to guide the gas, and an evacuation port for connecting to a vacuum source to continuously evacuate the container while the nozzle 24 is connected to the container.
