PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance propulsion by arranging a spiral blade integrally rotating with a cylindrical outer cylinder integrally rotating with a rotary shaft with the axis of the rotary shaft as the center, on the inside of the outer cylinder. SOLUTION: An outer cylinder 2 is formed in a cylindrical shape of a straight cylinder shape having the same diameter toward the rear side from the front side so that the center line is made to coincide with the axis of a rotary shaft 1. A blade 4 is formed in a spiral belt shape so that the spiral turning inside end is fixed to the rotary shaft 1. When the rotary shaft 1 is revolvingly driven by a driving engine mounted on a ship, the outer cylinder 2, a support arm 3 and the blade 4 rotate integrally with the rotary shaft 1. The rotating blade 4 forms a water flow inside by sucking water from the front side of the outer cylinder 2. The water flow formed by the blade 4 is blown out of the rear side of the outer cylinder 2 to generate propulsion to thereby protect the blade 4 from an obstacle in the water as well as to enhance the propulsion.
