PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed laminate sheet for interior trim material which prevents the interlayer separation of an outer skin generated in a flat part and a recessed R part of a formed body, is excellent in surface touch and good in appearance, and the formed body thereof. SOLUTION: An outer skin in which a hot melt film layer is formed on a face side of a urethane foam layer of the outer skin lined with a urethane foam layer is laminated on either surface of a foamed laminate sheet in which a non-foamed layer consisting of a thermoplastic resin is layered on each or either surface of a foamed sheet basically consisting of a heat resistant resin. A foamed laminate formed body for internal trim material of an automobile is obtained by directing the side of the sheet on which the outer skin is laminated to the cabin side of the automobile, and forming it to the shape of the cabin.
