PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow ice cream to be taken by a spoon as in a cup-shaped container, and also taken by holding the portion of a cone cup with hand as in a cone-shaped container by integrating a cone cup for housing ice cream, a lower cup portion for accommodating the cone cup, and an upper cup portion. SOLUTION: A cone cup 8 is accommodated in the interior of an ice-cream container 1 where the bottom curl portion 10 of an upper cup 2 and outside curl portion 11 of a lower cup 3 are joined vertically, and ice cream 9 as a content is filled therein, followed by including a seal-lid 4 being sealed to the top curl portion 5 of an upper cup 2. One eating manner by the container 1, in the same manner as ice cream housed in a usual paper cup, is such that ice cream 9 housed therein is taken by a spoon, and another eating manner is such that the end portion of a weakened line 6 of a trunk of the upper cup 2 is teared off with fingers so as to remove the upper cup 2, thus, ice cream 9 housed therein and the upper portion of the cone cup 8 are exposed to be taken easily.
