PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily move a holder and a base in a case even in a structure capable of obliquely freely raising the holder together with the base by forming the upper surface of the base and the upper surface of the holder in the same plane shape. SOLUTION: A vertical dimension (h) of the overlapping part 28 overlapping each other in the left/right ring parts 25 is set to just a half of a vertical dimension H of the other general part 29. The overlapping part 28 of one ring part 25 exists only by an upper half in the vertical direction of the ring part 25, and the overlapping part 28 of the other ring part 25 exists only by a lower half in the vertical direction of the ring part 25. Thus, even if mutual both ring parts 25 are put in a vertically overlapping state the vertical dimension is smaller than a dimension by adding a vertical dimension of the two ring parts 25, and the mutual upper surfaces of one overlapping part 28 and the other general part 29 become the same plane. The upper surface of a base 17 and the upper surface of the ring part 25 are formed in the same plane shape to thereby prevent a hitch of the base 17 and a holder 23 in a case.
