PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tightening rubber band for a tire antiskid implement capable of improving durability by effectively preventing deviation and torsion of the tire antiskid implement also facilitating mounting/removing work relating to the tire antiskid implement and improving on snow performance by preventing the clogging of a tire pattern in snow road running. SOLUTION: An inner side band 3 is formed in a circular arc parts 3a or an annular form (almost cross shape) of irregularity shape comprising the circular arc part 3a and a linear part 3b of small curvature in a not-extended condition, that is, in a condition mounted in the hook of a tire antiskid implement (net) with no tensile force acting, and a peripheral length L1 of the inner side band 3 is formed longer than a peripheral length L2 of an inscribed circle S of the inner side band 3. The peripheral length L1 of the inner side band 3 is set to 110 to 150% the peripheral length of the inscribed circle S of the inner side band 3.
