PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame with clips for hanging out the washing to dry, which prevents the washing from being subjected to rain or snow if the weather suddenly changes to rain or snow, when there is no one at home, while hanging out the washing outside, and prevents the washing from dust or cedar pollen. SOLUTION: An almost square-shaped frame body 2 is provided with a connecting rod 9 over the center hole of the frame body 2 so as to connect both longer sides facing each other and hanging rods 4 for hanging out a number of clips 5. The center hole of the frame 2 is covered with a canopy 3 made of a transparent or half-transparent and waterproof material. A waterproof sheet-shaped curtain 6 is hung out using a number of clips 7 attached to the periphery of the under surface of the frame 2 at prescribed intervals. The curtain 6 is engaged with a hook-and-loop fasteners 8a, 8b sewn on the both sides of the curtain 6.
