PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a three-dimensional X-ray image during the catheter operation under an X-ray fluoroscopy by forming a second support member with a rotation means at one end thereof so that the center axis of the rotation of the rotation means is the same as given when a first photographing system is moved along the shape of a first support member. SOLUTION: The short hand side of a support arm 106 is mounted on a rotation mechanism of a base 107 erected on a floor surface while a carriage 105 is installed on the long hand side of the support arm 106 parallel with the center axis M4 of the rotation of the rotation mechanism of the base 107 movably in the direction S9 along the support arm 106. A holder 104 is rotatably supported inside the carriage 105 and a circular arc-shaped arm 101 is movably supported on the holder 104 along the shape thereof. An X-ray detector 102 is arranged at one end part of the circular arc-shaped arm 101 and an X-ray tube 103 at the other end part thereof facing it sandwiching the center axis M104 of the rotation while a top board on a stand 109 is so arranged as to be positioned on the center axis M104 of the rotation.
