PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically reduce the assembling manhour and improve startup characteristics of temperature rise after turning on a switch when this is applied to a heating toilet seat, etc., by mixing conductive filler in a thermoplastic resin material and by molding a resin heating molding out of a conductive resin material thereof. SOLUTION: Lead-free solder powder and copper powder as dispersant are mixed to ABS resin pellets and the mixture is fed to an injection molding machine. Then, a glass fiber, etc., may be added thereto as filler for adjusting the strength and conductivity (resistance value) of a molding. The resin material is kneaded and injection molded by the injection molding machine so as to provide a prescribed resin heating molding. An electrode is set in the resin heating molding obtained thereby and connected to an electric circuit so as to be functioned as a heating element. When the heating element is applied to a heating toilet seat, a seat material 2 is film-in-molded for improving the design and preventing the an electric leak of the toilet seat surface.
