PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a useful back pad for a vehicle sheet, which is attached to the backrest part of the vehicle seat. SOLUTION: This pad is formed of a vertically long base sheet to be attached to the rest part of the vehicle seat 100, a raised fabric 20 given to the surface side of the base seat, and auxiliary cushions 30A and 30B which is shaped to be three-dimensional and is given a raised 31 which can be fixed attachably and detachably to the optional position of the fabric 20 on the side of its bottom surface. A back pad function, an acupressure function, etc., can be realized by a various forms according to the linking and the size of a body form of a user by the cushions 30A and 30B in the state of being freely attachable and detachable to/from the fabric 20.
