PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accessory provided with supporting structure which can rotate a decoration part in an optical direction at limitless times and avoids generation of looseness or fallout at the decoration part. SOLUTION: A pierced earring 1 is provided with the decoration part 2 to be arranged on the front side of an earlobe, a mounting part 3 made of a resin line to be mounted to a hole at the earlobe, a fixing part 4 fixing the part 3 and a supporting part freely rotatably supporting the part 2 to the part 4. The part 5 is provided with an elastic member 6 and a cap 7. In the case of assembling the pierced earring 1, the base end part 3c of the part 3 is put through to the long hole 4a of the part 4, a screw 9 is screwed to the screw hole 4b of the part 4 through a sleeve 8, the part 2, the member 6 and the cap 7.
