PURPOSE: A sole for shoes is provided, which has an acupressure effect and a massaging effect and provides a good touch when it is touched with feet. CONSTITUTION: A sole(1) has many projections containing a hole(4) for airing and is made of silicon. The base of the projection(2) having a hole(4) which is formed perpendicularly at the center is positioned in upper part of the sole(1), and is connected with the sole(1) through a thin connecting part(3) which expands downwards.
