A first selected host which produces bacteriocine is provided by following steps: precipitating a test sample for 5 minutes after diluting with a saline solution; smearing sediments on an MRA agar culture medium and culturing at 30°C for 1-2 days; implanting a colony on an MRA agar culture medium at 30°C and laying 5Ml of an MRS agar culture medium containing Lactobacillus plantarum on it; selecting host having inhibition ring as the first host producing bacteriocine. a second host is selected if it has an activity on a liquid type of MRA medium.
