PURPOSE: A film consisted of more than one polyolefin central layer and more than two polyamide/polyolefin alloy external film having 39mj/m3 of surface tension is provided. CONSTITUTION: A non-reaction polyolefin is an alpha-olefin or a single polymer or a copolymer such as ethylene, butane-1, octane-1 and butadiene, and a reaction polyolefin can be a polymer grafted with maleic acid anhydride or glycidyle methacryrlate to a 0.01 to 5wt% grafting degree. Herein, a main part of a proper mixture is consisted of non-reaction polyolefin, and the other part is consisted of reaction polyolefin. The reaction polyolefin is consisted of 40wt% of the mixture. The thickness of the film is 1 to 500 micrometer, usually 5 to 100 micrometer, the film includes other different types of a film and is deposited on an optional proper base.
