PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder carrying device for carrying powder including developer or the like in a housing without aggregation, a development device and an image forming device provided therewith. SOLUTION: This carrying device includes a developer container 4 for storing powder, a main carrier portion 2a for carrying developer in the developer container 4 to a given direction and a sub-carrier portion 2b for carrying the developer in the developer container 4 to the terminal of the main carrier portion 2a to be carried in opposition to the given direction. The main carrier portion 2a and the sub-carrier portion 2b are operated by the reduction of powder carrying force at a connection 2c between the main carrier portion 2a and the sub-carrier portion 2b. |
