PURPOSE: A power circuit having rush current suppressor and an IC having the power circuit are provided to suppress the generation of rush current in initial operation and reduce space. CONSTITUTION: A power circuit having rush current suppressor comprises an output transistor(1), a differential amplify circuit(2) and a rush current suppressor(10). The output transistor supplies current from a power supply(100) to an output terminal(4), The differential amplify circuit(2) controls the current supply of the transistor on the basis of prescribed reference voltage(REF) in accordance with the voltage of the output terminal. The rush current suppressor gradually increases the current supply of the output transistor in initial operation of corresponding power circuit.
