PURPOSE: A clamping device is provided to temporarily clamp a working member to promote a fixing work, and to approach and remove only one side of the working member. CONSTITUTION: A clamping tool(10) is assembled with a pair of working members(12,14) equipped with arranged bores(13,15). The clamping tool(10) contains an extended pin member equipped a penetrating bore(18) extended toward a shaft or a supporting shaft(16). Slots(22,22') have a width(W1) to penetrate. The clamping tool(10) contains a rod(30) of operating device having a uniform diameter and having the size accepted into the penetrating bore(18) of the supporting shaft(16) with a minute gap. An extended knob member(34) is fixed in a spiral unit(32) or the rod of operating device(30) to be able to screw. The knob member(34) is fixed the rotation by adding plastic glue. A setscrew(38) extended to a spinning direction is accepted in an outer end(26) of the supporting shaft(16) in a groove for preventing the rotation(36) extended toward the shaft. Thereby the relative rotation is prevented between the supporting shaft(16) and the rod of operating device(30) and the relative movement toward the shaft is permitted at the same time.
