PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance carrying workability by providing a loading space frame capable of placing a cargo, front wheels arranged on the loading space frame, leg frames arranged on the loading space frame, leg wheels arranged on the leg frames and a folding-up mechanism. SOLUTION: In a loading space frame 1, the placing part 1e is installed on a quadrangular frame-shaped material composed of longitudinal levers 1a, a lateral lever 1b, a lateral sash bar 1c and a longitudinal sash bar 1d, support plates 2 are suspended by the loading space frame 1, and front wheels 3 are installed on the support plates 2. Leg frames 4 are formed in a plane U-shape out of vertical levers 4a and lower lateral levers 4d, leg wheels 5 are installed on the lower lateral levers 4b, and are constituted so as to be capable of folding- up/standing-up operation. A folding-up mechanism 6 is constituted so as to fold up/operate the leg frames 4. Thus, a cargo can be loaded on the loading space frame 1 still in a mounting state to enhance carrying workability.
