PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an elastomeric composition which gives a molded item rich in softness and excellent in impact resistance, mechanical strengths, moldability, and external appearance by compounding a propylene-ethylene block copolymer and a propylene-ethylene random copolymer with a specified amount of polypropylene-b-poly(ethylene-co-propylene). SOLUTION: 100 pts.wt. propylene copolymer component comprising a propylene-ethylene block copolymer and a crystalline propylene-ethylene random copolymer in a wt. ratio of (8/2)-(2/8) is compounded with 10-50 pts.wt. polypropylene-b-poly(ethylene-co-propylene) which is obtained by synthesizing polypropylene segments in the presence of a polymerization catalyst comprising a solid catalyst component consisting of Ti and a halogen or consisting of Ti, Mg, and a halogen and an organometallic compound and then synthesizing poly(ethylene-co-propylene) segments and 0-30 pts.wt. amorphous ethylene-α-olefin random copolymer.
