PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide flame retardant styrenic resin compositions excellent in moldability and flame retardance and hard to undergo heat deterioration. SOLUTION: Flame retardant styrenic resin compositions comprise a mixture of 100 pts.wt. styrenic polymer having an islands-sea structure constituted by a polymer composed of at least a styrenic monomer and an unsaturated nitrile monomer as the sea-phase component (S) and 5-35 wt.% rubber-like polymer component grafted with these monomers and occluded with a copolymer of these monomers as the islands-phase component with a ratio of an AA chain component of a double-chain of the unsaturated nitrile monomer (A) in the sea-phase component (S) being not less than 15% and a reduced viscosity (ηsp/c) of (S) being 0.2-0.65 dl/g and 1-30 pts.wt. phosphate ester compound.
