PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pull-out device which allows simple pulling out of a synthetic resin sheet 3 from a sheet roll 1 and covering the sheet on the surface of a field. SOLUTION: This pull-out device 4 rotatably supports a sheet roll 1 comprising a synthetic resin sheet 3 wound around a cylindrical core pipe 2 in a roll-like and draws the sheet 3 from the sheet roll 1 and covers the surface of a field. In the drawing device, a pair of supporters 5 supporting a shaft body 7 respectively inserted into an end of the core pipe 2 at a position higher than the ground are arranged so as a shaft center of both of the shaft body 7 to be the same axis and the supporters 5 are fitted to be approachable along the axial center of the shaft body 7.
