PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out the seedling supply so as to achieve a full-loaded state of each of the first seedling-supplying bodies even if seedlings are remain on a part of the first seedling-supplying bodies in a seedling-transplanter having a seedling-carrying platform for guiding the seedlings to a seedling-transplanting part, plural of the first seedling-supplying bodies for supplying the seedlings to the seedling-carrying platform in order, plural of the second seedling-supplying bodies for simultaneously supplying the seedlings to the plural of the first seedling-supplying bodies. SOLUTION: Restraining means for restraining the operations of the corresponding second seedling-supplying bodies are installed so as not to supply the seedlings to the first seedling-supplying bodies 31 already having the seedlings when the second seedling-supplying bodies 33 carrying out the seedling- supplying operation to the first seedling-supplying bodies 31.
