<p>PURPOSE: A laminated foaming structure is provided to increase the intensity and the bending resistance, and to improve the damage by the bend. CONSTITUTION: A laminated foaming structure(1) is equipped a core(4) laminated in a first surface(6) on one surface of the core(4). The core(4) is laminated in a second surface on a second surface. The surface(6) and the surface(8) are a foaming material having the average density between 4-12 pounds per each square feed and the thickness between 1/16-1/8 inches. The core(4) has four layers containing a foaming material(10), a foaming material(12), a foaming material(16), and a foaming material(18). Foaming materials(10,12,16,18) have the average density between 1.2-2.5 pounds per each square feed and the thickness between 3/8-5/8 inches. The core(4) and foaming materials(10,12,16,18) have smaller average foaming density than the first surface(6) and the second surface(8), and are used to a wrapping usage.</p> |
