ANTHRANILIC ACID DIAMIDES DERIVATIVES, THEIR PREPARATION AND PHARMACEUTICAL USE AS ANTI-GASTRIN AGENTS

PURPOSE: Anthranilic acid diamides derivatives are provided which is useful for the treatment of gastrointestinal or central nervous system symptoms. CONSTITUTION: Anthranilic acid diamides derivatives are represented by general formula (I),wherein the Anthranilic acid aromatic ring can be mono- or I-substituted by the R1 group which can be selected independently from hydrogen, methyl and chloro; and the substituents at the charily center (marked with an asterisk in the formula) have the R (Rectus) configuration. The compounds are efficacious receptor antagonists of gastrin in gastrointestinal symptoms.
