PURPOSE: Provided is a carbonization process to produce an acetic acid by controlling the flow of carbon-monoxides. CONSTITUTION: Provided is a process for producing acetic acid by carbonization of carbon-monoxide, methanol, and(or) reaction derivatives during flowing thereof through a control valve, under existence of catalase such as up to 5% w/w of methyl acetate, limited concentration of water, 1 to 30 %w/w of methyl iodine, hydrocarbyl halide, and optionally a promotor. the process comprises following steps: (a)estimate flowing carbon-monoxide through a control valve; (b)calculate average value of carbon-monoxide quantity in stage (a), per hour by background calculation and reach a figure thereof; (c)calculate maximum available value of carbon-monoxide quantity to be accepted, by adding a constant to the figure from stage (b) and reach a value; (d)provide information having the value obtained from stage(c) to control system
