PURPOSE: A low temperature controlling method is provided to prevent weak freezing of a freezing chamber by controlling the driving of a fan. CONSTITUTION: A low temperature controlling method of a refrigerator composed of a first temperature detection part(10), a second temperature detection part(20), a microcomputer(30), a fan driving part(40), a fan(50), a compressor driving part(60) and a compressor(70) is operated by the steps of: detecting indoor temperature of the refrigerator and feeding the temperature to an A/D port of the microcomputer in the first temperature detection part; detecting outdoor temperature of the refrigerator and feeding to the A/D port of the microcomputer in the second temperature detection part; and controlling the driving on/off of the fan and the compressor by repeatedly setting up the driving off point of the fan and the compressor and the chopping time to the difference value according to the outdoor temperature is under 20°C in the microcomputer.
