PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antifouling composition capable of forming a film to which dirt hardly adheres, from which dirt is easily removed, and which has an excellent abrasion resistance by incorporating a fluorine-containing silane compound and a polyfunctional organosilicon compound (hydrolyzate), each in a specified amount, into the same. SOLUTION: This composition contains 100 pts.wt. fluorine-containing silane compound and 1-100 pts.wt. polyfunctional organosilicon compound represented by the formula: Si(R1)i, (R2)j(R3)k(OR4)4-(i+j+k) or its hydrolyzate. In the formula. Rf is a 1-10C (hydro)perfluoro group; R1 is H or a hydrolyzable group; R2 is a monovalent organic group; R3 is a divalent organic group; (n) is 0-2; R1 to R3 are each H or an organic group having at least either O or F; R4 is at least one group selected from among aliphatic, alicyclic, and aromatic groups; and (i), (j), and (k) are each 0 or 1. Preferably, the silane compound and/or the organosilicon compound is hydrolyzed to be at least partially condensed via siloxanyl groups.
