PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abnormal noise of a clutch mechanism 15. SOLUTION: A clutch mechanism 15 includes a guide plate 18 rotated with the power of a motor 7, guide slots 32, 33 formed on the guide plate 18 and oscillating arms 26, 27 provided with sliding pins 30, 31 slidably engaged with the guide slots 32, 33 and disengaged from a wire drum 8 when the guide plate 18 is rotated. Elastic cushions 74, 75 which sliding pins 30, 31 contacts are secured to portions of the peripheral walls of the guide slots 32, 33. The elastic cushions 74, 75 are arranged to contact the sliding pins 30, 31 when the wire drum 8 is rotated over a speed set for the motor 7. |
