PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily move a heavy installed object such as a display case by light force. SOLUTION: An upper base 6 on which a case main body 2 is placed is supported by a lower base 4 through an X link 7a. A caster 5 is provided on the lower base 4. A hydraulic jack 8 is installed on the lower base 4, and a support bar 20 of the X link 7a is supported by a piston rod 15 of the hydraulic jack 8. A foldable operating lever 27 is arranged on a storage part 12 provided on an end part of the upper base 6, and the operating lever 27 and a handle 14 of the hydraulic jack 8 are connected to each other by links 26, 30, 31, 32. As the upper base 6 can be lifted by the lower base 4 when stepping operation is carried out by developing the operating lever 27 by opening a door 13 of the storage part 12, it is possible to easily move a display case 1.
