PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost while reducing the man-hours of the construction in the construction field for arranging horizontal shield plates to be adapted for the fire protecting safety guide line by laying horizontal rails opposite to each other per the predetermined height of support units, and interposing the horizontal shield plates between the horizontal rails. SOLUTION: Support units 2 are stood in both sides of a traveling passages 12 of a stacker crane, and both the adjacent support units 12 are connected to each other by a horizontal connecting material 7, a horizontal brace 8, a pillar lattice 9 and a back surface brace 10 so as to from an automated storage and retrieval system. In this case, the horizontal rails 5 are stretched opposite to each other per the predetermined height of the support units 2, and each clearance between width of each support 2a of the support unit 2 is sealed by a projecting member fixed to an intermediate part of a back surface of the horizontal rail 5. A horizontal shield plate 6 is inserted into each clearance between adjacent horizontal rails 5 of the support unit 2, and fixed by fixing bolts 5b. Back surfaces of both the support units 2 are connected to a gusset 4a provided in the support 2a by the back surface brace 10.
